Serum IgA levels
These files provide summary statics for GWAS meta-analysis for serum IgA levels performed in 41,263 individuals across 17 ancestrally diverse cohorts (fixed effects model). GWAS summary statistics are provided with and without the DECODE dataset, which included only SNPs with P-value below 1x10-6 .
